Pavlovo Bus Factory to launch reduced workweek

NIZHNY NOVGOROD, Apr 14 (PRIME) -- The Pavlovo Bus Factory plans to start a reduced workweek from May 19 until November 18, the State Labor Inspection in the Nizhny Novgorod Region said on Thursday. 

"The representatives of the Pavlovo Bus Factory said that in the current conditions with imports component supply problems leading to a decrease of output and revenue… and after a long expectation of improvement of the situation, the Pavlovo Bus Factory plans to start a reduced workweek from May 19, 2022 until November 11, 2022," the authority said.

The decision was made to keep the jobs, the factory said as cited by the inspection.
